I specialize in municipal finance, estate planning, and probate law. Furthermore, I represented numerous non-profits and corporations in tax matters, as general counsel, in corporate matters, and in general business matters, and I work as a rehabilitation counselor and am supported by the Gates Foundation through disability payroll contributions.

I am a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the American Society of Certified Public Accountants. I was a member of the University of Indiana President's Club and other non-profit organizations.
